then use Thunder download it.
Open the high-speed channel , and off-line download.
other Thunder download is finished, before you have to download the SDK Manager.exe stopped , then just downloaded files into above
temp directory, this time, and then point the SDK Manager.exe download.
SDK Manager.exe will process the file you have just downloaded it.
