[Android] How to CUPS ported to ARM on ?

I have compiled a CUPS .
On the PC make install generates cups folder.
then copied to this folder on the SD card , the card is mounted on the board of / mnt / sdcard

then execute :
cp-R / mnt / sdcard / * /
copy the compiled files to the board

then test cups
lpstat-v
been an error : lpstat: Unable to connect to server

Check / var / log / messages, discovered the error is:
Real210 user.err telnetd: bind: Address already in use

I / etc / cups / cupsd.conf in the configuration is:
Listen 0.0.0.0:631
Listen / var / run / cups / cups.sock

View netstat-nal
did not find 631 ports occupied .

change cupsd.conf file is not the cups after transplantation can not do a simple copy ? That changed how specific transplant it?

steps:
1 rewrite makefile file , remove the man ( said they did not compile man folder ) .
2 / configure - host = arm-linux - prefix = / opt / cups
3 make
4 make install
not compile time error , then use u disk to / opt / cups directory copy it, paste it into tq2440 board yard, then run / sbin / cupsd, they reported Child exited on signal 11 errors , and service did it , how big God you are cross-compiling ?
