eclipse compiler because the judgment is based on the timestamp mechanism .
So when you build all the time by some eclipse that did not change the timestamp of the class will not be compiled.
so you can clean it first and then compile. All this time the eclipse will be cleared and then compile the information previously compiled .
eclipse ---> project -----> clean ...
option works . class files deleted, re- compile the project , similar to jbuild the rebuild
